The Ouija Board event
The past psychic event at Burton gaol with psychic Ian Griffiths was very active.With personal readings coming through for members of the group.Also the spirits of the once Burton Gaol where very active interacting with members of the group.Due to this we have had a lot of interest from the initial group and general public. Due to this we are doing a Ouija board evening to literally allow spirits to spell out there messages.
The event is for a limited amount of people. With psychic medium Ian Griffiths ( natural born psychic medium Clairvoyant remote viewer.ordained minister and exorcist).Paranormal historian Chris Campbell-Brown (of Burton ghost walks Burton Gaol and Sinai house).The event has two boards in use with Ian throughout the event telling use who has joined us from spirit.With Chris give historic foundation for this.
The event takes place in the most haunted part of the pub in our own private area. On past experience when the portal to the otherside is opened it is quiet active. Due to this there is £5.50 include in your ticket price to spend at the bar.
History of Burton Gaol
There was a lock up in the Market place from 1270s its first occupant being a murderer from Alrewas. It was nicknamed *Helle ” by the locals as conditions where so bad. It remained a gaol until the 1760s.Where it did remain as a prison and a public house. ” The landlord had to agree to guard prisoners in a cell and would be accountable to the lord of the manor if a prisoner escaped. After the 1830s it had a period as a vicarage and then reverted back to a pub. The building has no lack of ghosts including a witch,gaoler,priest and many more.
